We provided full-scale audio-visual and event production for BPA’s National Leadership Conference, delivering a seamless experience from general sessions to award ceremonies.
The Brief
BPA’s National Leadership Conference brought together more than 6,800 students, educators and business partners from across the U.S. and beyond for a multi-day experience filled with competition, recognition, and celebration. The production needed to match the scale and energy of BPA’s largest-ever NLC while accommodating multiple general sessions, award ceremonies, and breakout rooms; all within the logistical constraints of a busy convention hotel.
Our Approach
We provided complete audio-visual and event production support, including scripting and
stage management, themed scenic design, custom graphics content, and full technical
management. Our team also delivered intelligent lighting, concert-level audio, and
multi-screen video playback, managing all aspects of the event from pre-production and
load-in to rehearsals and final show execution.
A standout feature of the main stage was a circular truss and projection screen suspended in
the center of the stage. This design element required precise engineering and coordination
to execute. The center structure and ten IMAG screens delivered a cohesive, visually-stunning
experience for all attendees. From keynote addresses to award ceremonies, the entire environment
was designed to keep the audience engaged and energized.
The Solution
Every spoken word, technical cue, lighting transition, and graphic was carefully scripted and rehearsed, ensuring smooth communication between creative, technical, and show management departments. By setting this strong foundation early on, we were able to anticipate challenges, streamline load-in and rehearsals, and deliver stellar execution during the event.
